The young man who was at the front desk was very polite, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot!
Unfortunately there isn’t much competition in Valentine so don’t expect much. The room stunk of dirt, cigarettes and pot. On a side note the key cards barely worked to get in the room. The girl at the front desk said they were due for in upgrade, Hope it includes being demolished and starting over!
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. We were welcomed with a pleasant smile and enjoyable conversation. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night of sleeping. My grandsons had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Every staff member I encountered was kind and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
I would stay here again.
